SoCalCM

A Southern California Charlotte Mason Community

SoCalCM is a local community of families and educators in Southern California who seek to implement Charlotte Mason’s educational philosophy in their homes and schools. We are not a formal organization but an open community where families can connect, learn, and grow together. Established in 2011, SoCalCM is a vibrant mix of young and old, new and seasoned families—all united by a shared commitment to providing a living education for our children.

You’ll find resources, events, and connections here to support your Charlotte Mason journey.

How to Get Involved

  • Start learning with us. The SoCalCM community grew out of a handful of mothers coming together in a book group discussing Charlotte Mason’s Homeshool Series. The principles laid out in her writings are the foundation of this thriving community. Start getting involved by joining a book group and reading with us to lay a great foundation for your family.
